End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User"), whether an individual or entity, and TenModel and Siyao Xu ("Licensor"). It governs your use of the website, along with its associated code, content, and services ("Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

The User shall not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software or any portion thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels contained in the Software.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remain exclusively with Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to the User.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User violates any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies of the Software in their possession.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to this Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.
